About Us

Blushing Bride Bridal Boutique is a modern, private bridal boutique in Carlsbad, California. We believe every bride deserves a personalized, stress-free shopping experience. Our appointments are one-on-one, allowing our stylists to build genuine relationships and help brides find the dress they'll remember forever.

What You'll Do

  • Guide brides through a personalized bridal appointment from start to finish

  • Learn about each bride's style, vision, and wedding plans

  • Help select gowns that fit their personality, budget, and dream look

  • Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for every bride and her guests

  • Maintain the boutique's appearance by steaming gowns, organizing inventory, and keeping displays beautiful

  • Assist with follow-up communication and appointment preparation

  • Support the team during busy weekends and special events

We're Looking for Someone Who...

  • Loves fashion, weddings, and helping people feel confident

  • Is naturally warm, outgoing, and enjoys building relationships

  • Has excellent listening and communication skills

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to details

  • Is dependable and enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit team

  • Is comfortable working most Saturdays and Sundays

  • Is eager to learn, previous bridal experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

  • Primarily weekend availability (required)

  • Additional weekday shifts available as business needs grow

  • Approximately 10–20 hours per week
